It is fairly clean and reasonably spacious hotel, the staff are well-trained and location to the waterpark is prime and strategic.

We truly enjoyed this place. Breakfast was delicious, particularly good views, awesome location just next door to lounge/main restaurant, afternoon tea, canapés and evening alcoholic drinks for 4 hours served in the executive lounge and the Venetian and many shops around there. The check in was smooth, the staff was really kind.

Even though everything was great, some of the staff were horrible.

I had a blast at the spectacular Grand Resort Deck, with the world's longest Skytop Aquatic Adventure Rapids and a lovely kid's zone. The hotel's location allowed me to easily access international cuisine and vibrant entertainment. The Lounge provided a relaxing atmosphere for delicious tapas.

Oh, I just loved when they rushed me out of the executive lounge before closing time. Such a thoughtful touch!

The hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail. The location in the newer Galaxy area is perfect for exploring local attractions and finding good food. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms with Executive Lounge access are a nice upgrade. The breakfast, with a chef making eggs to order and included cocktails, adds to the overall enjoyable experience.

Had a fantastic Thanksgiving at this hotel last year. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location inside a large shopping mall provided easy access to luxury stores and a great food court. We also loved the breakfast offered by the hotel, which had a great spread of delicious food.

A lack of signage, which made it difficult to navigate the hotel at first. It took some time to find the exit/entry mall and hotel.

Everything was superb , from the service to the facilities. the check, in staff, particularly Joy, was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved the free hotel shuttle that runs every 15 minutes, and the staff always had a smile on their faces. the hotel facilities and amenities were well, maintained, and the pool was massive. the service was truly impressive, from the attention to detail to the courteous travel information provided. Our executive room was fantastic, with a working desk, Nespresso machine, and a beautiful view of the swimming pool and garden. the hotel's location was also great, within a 15, minute walk to a local shopping strip. JW Marriott is the best hotel we've stayed at in Macau. Cons: All good 👍.

The hotel facilities, especially the pool and outdoor areas for kids, were great. The room was spacious and modern, and the breakfast at Urban Kitchen was delicious with excellent staff.

The access to the lounge is a great bonus, where guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast, complete with a chef making eggs to order, as well as cocktails in the evenings.
